Booking Confirmation
Your trip booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment as specified in our booking process. The booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or other means of communication.
Payment and Cancellation
We have specific policies regarding payment deadlines, deposit amounts, and cancellation fees. It is important to review and understand these policies as they determine the financial obligations associated with your booking.
Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you have adequate travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, emergency evacuation, and other unforeseen circumstances before departing for your Himalayan adventure.
Health and Fitness
Certain trips may require a certain level of physical fitness and good health. You must ensure that you are medically fit and physically capable of participating in the chosen activities, especially for high-altitude treks and climbing expeditions.

Everest Base Camp Nepal will not be liable for any loss, delays, injuries, or accidents caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service providers.
